A long-established sake brewery from the Shizuoka prefecture, Hananomai takes its name from the phrase meaning "flower dance", a name certainly fitting for this fruity and sweet liqueur. All the ingredients- rice, rice koji, and melon- are grown in the local area of the brewery in Western Shizuoka, an area with the perfect climate for growing sake rice. Yuzu citrus' fruity flavor mixes perfectly with the gentle sweetness of the rice, all in all creating a frothy drink that's easy to enjoy.
